Mittleres Gelb, kupferfarbene Reflexe. Eine sehr einnehmende Nase, die Noten nach Mirabellen, Honigmelone und Vanille offenbart, auch etwas Brioche und Menthol. Am Gaumen sehr crèmig und fruchtbetont, nun auch Golden Delicious, von zarter Würze und Vollmundigkeit, auch einige geröstete Haselnüsse sind auszumachen: eine dezente Säurestruktur im anhaltenden Finale.
